Double inflation via non-minimally coupled spectator

چکیده

Abstract We argue that double inflation may occur when a spectator field is non-minimally coupled to gravity. As concrete example, we study two-field inflationary model where the initial gravity while inflaton minimally coupled. The non-minimal coupling results in growth of which, turn, drives second stage significant region parameter space. isocurvature fluctuations originating from source adiabatic ones, and hence can modify predictions for spectral index tensor-to-scalar ratio even though explicitly show quadratic chaotic become viable by introduction coupling.

Non-minimally Coupled Modified Gravity

In this paper we consider a quintom model of dark energy with non-minimal coupling between scalar field and modified gravity which is known f(R) gravity. The Lagrangian for scalar field has been inspired by tachyonic Lagrangian in string theory. Then we obtain the equation of state (EoS), and the condition required for the model parameters when ω crosses over −1. This model shows that for havin...

Topological inflation induced by a non-minimally coupled massive scalar field

We reanalyze cosmology of a non-minimally coupled massive scalar field which was originally discussed by Futamase and Maeda in the context of chaotic inflation scenario. We find a new type of inflationary solution where inflation occurs inside a domain wall. This new solution relaxes constraints on the coupling constant for successful inflation.

Slow Roll Inflation in Non-Minimally Coupled Theories: Hyperextended Gravity Approach

The slow roll approximation is studied for cosmological models in Hyperextended Scalar-Tensor Theories of Gravity. A procedure to obtain slow roll solutions in non-minimally coupled gravity is outlined and some examples are provided. An integral condition over the functional form of the non-minimal coupling is imposed in order to obtain intermediate inflationary behavior. e-mail: dtorres@venus....

k-Essence Non-Minimally Coupled with Gauss-Bonnet Invariant for Inflation

Abstract: In this paper, we investigated inflationary solutions for a subclass of Horndeski models where a scalar field is non-minimally coupled with the Gauss–Bonnet invariant. Examples of canonical scalar field and k-essence to support the early-time acceleration are considered. The formalism to calculate the perturbations in a Friedmann–Robertson–Walker (FRW) universe and to derive the spect...
